Sizzling Update — Getting to Greenlight with help from the pros

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about trailers created before feature footage was available, using materials ripped from other films, home movies, stock footage–wherever! Often, these are fan-generated, based on love for the source material and a desire to see the film made.

In my post, I mentioned my friend and client Jijo Reed, formerly president of trailer maker Union Editorial and a renowned rap video producer with over 500 trailers to his credit. His new company, SizzlePitch is professionalizing the making of sizzles for those without “Hollywood connections,” and just got an interesting/flattering write up from Docs and TV.com
